5 & A Dime know how to put on a show. Mixing together some of the biggest names in the scene is no easy task, but 5 & A Dime manage to perfectly pull it off. As it stands, it is quite the feat putting together a proper mashup. Though, 5 & A Dime have gone and done just that, creating a monstrous combination, and having it turn nearly something else entirely with the involvement of several world class producers and their respective hit tunes.
“Dream” lies among the harder side of currently popular dubstep / electro, using the melody of Skrillex’s unreleased “Breath” as a foundation. Adding bits of Zeds Dead and Nero into the mix, along with some of his own, personal unique stylistic sounds and samples, 5 & A Dime brings together certainly original hybrid. Those excited for more similar tunes should be ecstatic to find this is just the first single off 5 & A Dime’s new album “#BASSMOB II The Return To Never Never Land”. A summer banger for those of you looking to stay up and out, skillfully mixing prime bits of selected works, 5 & A Dime delivers this cheerful, up-beat, summer anthem. Look forward to a full-release June 25th.
