Something a tad different. An experimental, ambient, garage tune with a proper bizarreness to it. Atmospheric no doubt, with the beginning opening with a collection of deep amazonian sound effects. Certainly one of the more eerie garage tunes we have recently had the pleasure of sharing.
Playing at an almost crawling pace, with the sound of birds and insects all about. Accompanied by spacey humming, all of the effects work together in setting up that “someone is behind you” finish. Further more, Klatu has done a magnificent job on the percussion, fading in and out along with other elements of the song. His glitch effects are subtle, but do wonders in turning your guts inside out.
Klatu is based in Montréal, Canada and has been making grooves for over a year, making him a relative newcomer. He has also participated in a compilation release with various other artists to fund relief efforts in Japan.
