Lovely new material from London’s ever-prolific Four Tet (aka Kieran Hebden). Another continued step-forward for the artist. The A-side to his more dancefloor bound “Ocaras“, which premiered this weekend (radio rip). Beautiful, airy feel to both; lighter and simpler than of last album. “Jupiter” with a wonderful and deep, ambient introduction, naturally progressing into an fully-expansive lush soundscape. The warm synths, shuffling drum work; tribal percussion, and delicate bells, hemorrhage emotion coupled upon bright vocal-samples.
