Shlomo‘s breathtaking rework of LOL BOYS‘s “Changes” finally has some visuals. Directed by Video Marsh, the short film is nothing short of beautiful. Dark, dreamy, and sexy, it’s an incredibly hefty piece. A somber vibe, with romantic, abstract shots of pretty women and flicker frames.
Classy vocals pushing it along through a dense, emotionally charged atmosphere of chilled out vibes. Shlohmo’s R&B-esque vocals are easy going, chanting “thing’s won’t change until we do”, as an integral part adding to the emotional weight of the entire piece.
Powerful vibes that could pull anyone out of the gutter, no matter how sad. Though, if the song matches your current state of mind, it could easily feel like you’re six feet under. This is a fine example as to why much of Shlomo‘s already established following considers every one of his tunes (original or remix) a musical victory. .
