It has been some time since we last heard from Zeds Dead. They released a collaborative album entitled Victor with rapper Omar Linx this March. Otherwise, they have largely kept a low profile. Appears they would like to make up for it. The crowd favorite is back and bearing gifts; a tune from some time ago. This tune intially flew under the radar. It was featured on one of the mixes the duo did for BBC‘s Mista Jam, but other than that, made no significant appearances. The original version of this track was quite strange. Very odd, actually. Curious as to how they managed to complete such a transformation. Some terrific sound design, meaty synths and a freaky low end- something that most of their tracks showcase on behalf of the group. Zeds‘s tunes really have no bounds. Always managing surprising original while at it, they have remixed everything from Moody Blues to Sublime, and the Foo Fighters to Radiohead.
